Wilton McKinley Glenn, also known as "Will," is a Christian worship leader and music ministry leader from the Philippines, currently based in Northwest Florida. Here's a breakdown of his background:
Early Life and Faith
Born in the Philippines
Developed an early interest in Christianity and recognized Jesus in the Eucharist during childhood
Between ages 7-10, he learned to read and debated about Romans and Galatians, Roman Catholicism, and the circumcision of the heart
Became a Christian and was saved at a CIA/FCA Youth Rally at 16, influenced by the song "Heart of Worship" by Matt Redman
Baptized at 28 when God moved his head knowledge of Jesus to his heart in the Gulf at the Church at Shalimar by Jonathan Hart and Adam Mills
Rededicated by Pastor Andy Falleur and Curt O. at Calvary Chapel’s first “Jesus Revolution” water baptism in 2024 summer

Started piano and keys lessons at 11 with Mike's Music in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Played acoustic guitar since 15, learning from friends and private lessons in the Chrysalis camps
Led worship teams and music ministries in various churches, including at Shalimar UMC, Gulf Coast Community Church, MERGE FCA Young Adult Music Ministry, GracePoint Plant City Church, 100 Church, Guest Lead in Central FL like 1st UMC St. Petersburg, Lithia Grace UMC, CityLight Gainesville, all over and many teams as a musician in Fort Walton Beach, FL throughout Destin, Gulf Breeze, & Pensacola, including recently on keys at StoryPoint 1st Baptist Gulf Breeze & Santa Rosa Beach Men of Valor Conference, Pensacola Burn 24/7 Acoustic Guitar Worship Leading, Courts of Praise Fellowship Worship Nights & Burn 24/7s, Milton’s The River Ministries Worship Leading, & more.
Co-founded "Will & The Word Worship" brand and band idea with a team of collaborators, including Maria Cress, Scott McDonough, and Serenity Ball
He is now producing more projects with local friends in the New Year of 2025, and sometimes with other remote musicians and producers still, plus personal older projects unfinished through University of Miami Frost School of Music Online remotely

He may return to Loyola University in the future New Orleans to finish out His Jesuit Charismatic experience and as a Catholic Christian once he 1) goes back to Worship School with Bethel 2) does his 2 day Spiritual Exercises at Monteserrat, LA.

It is probably the most scripturally based song we have ever written together from Worship Leaders Collective Song Share too as songwriters and musically directed by Maria and myself. This is a cool little website called Reverbnation. It’s what I started out with as an Indie artist for local musicians where I’ve managed to stay in the top 10 locally and top 20 regionally in every city of Florida with my views, listens, and fans representing an eclectic mix of cover worship, music videos, and timeless songs from previous albums and recordings and time with several churches. Right now I am #1 in the Northwest Florida Region!…In Destin. Exciting! “Faithful” feat. Wilton McKinley Glenn is a Remix Will co-Produced with Logan Hill of BSSM and Elevation Worship Church Artistry to Producer Mentor Track as well as originally Composed by Malachi Baca of Texas, a Gen Z phenom in the instrumental worship realm. Wilton added his songwriting lyrics about a time of needing the Holy Spirit’s in and outside supernatural healing to change things happening in his life, like a prodigal son come home, that were out of his control. These things slowly came about, as time does all healing, and this beautiful symphony with strings added by Wilton, even electric guitar, and his vocals from the lyrics inspired by the Journey he was on at this point right as he was being accepted to his Theology Applied Doctorate program confirmed His identity in Christ, and not necessarily what he does for a day job or even on social media. “Jesus It’s You” co-written by Tommy Niemann of Jacksonville, FL during a Worship Leaders Collective songwriting session, stewed on through time by me in finalizing the verses and structure of the song, and co-produced by Nashville’s music brand and band team through Soto Studios is actually my birthday psalm song. Psalm 28:7-8 says, “The Lord is my rock, refuge, strength and shield”. This is the exact part of the chorus that got me and Tommy writing. Malachi Baca and I played around with the piano composition parts earlier in the year of 2024 and this beauty which does Justice in the Artwork of visualizing Jesus in the heavens above the endless sky and released during my birthday month was very touching to me and those who listened and has a melodic vibe that will make you run to the arms of Jesus in Scripture and reality.

“The Name of Jesus” is about ceasing the storms of this life, like depression, anxiety, mental stress and is a peaceful song about manifesting God’s power as the I AM, the one whom Moses’ recognized God in Exodus 3 and placing your faith, trust, and obedience in Jesus as God, Master, Navigator, and Captain through the storm such as in Matthew 14 like Peter and the Disciples when they thought they had seen a ghost and Peter walked on water to Jesus.
